I am not the kind of parent who feels she must be “on” all the time but this post reminds me to be aware of my words and deeds. If not for my son then for me, so that when I’m old and longing for a loving note or birthday wish via the microchip implanted into my cryo-preserved head, he will send one not out of duty but because he loves me.
